Bryan Slauko, BComm, CFA

Managing Director
Bryan brings a wealth of experience in both transactional and advisory services, including commercial real estate investment, real estate private equity investment, senior debt and mezzanine lending, corporate finance and investment banking. Among his achievements are the creation of an institutional private equity real estate fund, structuring and building Offering Memoranda, developing investor relations strategy and establishing fund investment criteria.

Bryan’s asset management experience spans a variety of asset classes including office, retail, hotel, multi-family and land. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Bryan combines his financial and strategic expertise to bring a sophisticated approach to commercial real estate finance, investment and asset management.  Bryan’s professional yet amiable approach has consistently resulted in solid relationships with entrepreneurs, influencers, financial institutions, associations and others. Bryan is an honours graduate of the Commerce program at Queen’s University.

Anita Smidesang, BComm

Director
Anita has extensive commercial real estate investment experience, having handled over $2 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Her knowledge spans a variety of asset classes including office, retail, industrial, hotel, multi-family and land. Anita’s experience includes market research and pricing analysis, investment analysis and due diligence, underwriting for large commercial brokerage transactions and direct commercial asset acquisitions and divestitures. Recognizing the importance of a strong foundation in finance, Anita has completed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Anita is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce Real Estate program at UBC.
